These terms apply when you use strayaday.com.au or buy from Straya Day ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong, and we'll refund anything you've paid.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
3. Delivery
See our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns and your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Changed your mind? Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, and you pay the cost of sending it back.
5. Designs and images
The designs, images and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Colours on screen can vary a little from the printed product, and some lifestyle images on this site are generated or edited with digital tools.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, and apart from the guarantees above, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
